Return Policy
Ogie Kanogie will accept the return of any product for any reason within 14 days of purchase for a
refund, exchange or credit except for products designated as on sale or products which are
custom-made. Ogie Kanogie will accept the return of unused product within 30 days of purchase for
exchange or credit only. All returned products must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging
and must have been purchased directly from Ogie Kanogie and not from any secondary seller. Contact

Ogie Care
Please note that all of our fabrics are dyed and slight variations in color and transfer of color is
possible. All are machine washable. Specific care instructions are on product label and noted on each
product's web page.

Shipping:
Items in stock generally ship within two business days.
Special ordered items usually ship within 4-6 weeks.

Shipping within the U.S.:
We ship via United States Postal Service, which should arrive within two or three days of shipping.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. See shipping above for returns.

Shipping Internationally:
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.
We charge a flat fee of $25 shipping to Canada, $50 internationally USPS Priority International which
should arrive within six to 12 business days from shipping date.
USPS Express Mail International is available at an additional charge and should arrive within 5 to 7
business days from shipping date.See shipping above for returns.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees once
the package reaches the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.
